Intuitive Apprehension

               Many technical elements of the psychic reading process are the results of subjective awarenesses. We need to identify what is happening even if we can't always know why. This requires honesty and self critical restraint. When I compose a reading with someone, it's for each person individually. I rarely have to look at someone to know whether I am making sense. After years of studying lying and truth telling, I think that it's probably just sensible courtesy. We all know people who are socially tone deaf, (unaware of how they sound.) I'm too am sometimes tactlessly insensitive. But trying to show people things they don't want to see, or don't know how to see is unbelievably hard. Self deception is also super common. {To understand lying, intentional or otherwise, we only need look at;        Styles of Evasion:}

                         But as "the" psychic, I'm in the middle of the social conflict between the ethical pros and the lying con artists. Not to mention, that didactically dialectic of the intellectually constipated Belligerent scientists versus those fantasies from the elaborate pseudosciences of the popular magazine media. {All consulting room games are fraught with charletons. Likewise, the vast majority of academic papers for tenure are scientifically unreviewed.}  I must be extremely honest and transparent with everyone, I also must protect myself and everyone from misinformation. (And there's shitloads.) Assuming that anyone never lies is out right delusional. Add the fact that no one "wants" to be wrong, and we are looking at the very definition of why people have healthy "Intuitive Apprehensions." A psychology of mind is what gives us our empathy, sympathetically and tactically. Fortunately, I don't have to always be right. But I do have to try to tell the truth, to the very best of my ability.

                         I have to come back to my apprehensions about wanting to be easily understood. There is constant prejudice and superstition on both sides of any truth telling controversy. Approaching this problem is in fact often a semantics arguments, and a chore. And sometimes, semantics is the issue. Were I to ignore my apprehensions, I wouldn't be very rational or intuitive, or honest. Sorry, it's true.

                         So I will have to repeat myself occasionally. "Contrary to popular prejudice, it is impossible to learn without emotion." {a.k.a. Rational Intuition} I believe that if I correctly teach the fine art of psychic reading, I must forgo the luxury of a passive audience. "I will not argue." But I will disagree. It is not my place as a medium to pursued, rationalize, convince or even indulge. Pandering is the blight of all moral hazards. We have a greater calling to address that immense "Void of Uncertainty," that beautiful "I Don't Know" that embraces life in all of its mystery. If people are looking for what is already known, they can go to the library or take one of my classes. But if you want to understand the shape of what it is, that as of yet, we don't know, then you come to me. And, Yes. We can look for what the answer probably does look like, together. And I repeat, "Truth is our only verifiable eventuality." And then the question is when. The search for truth is the only way we can accurately predict any possible future. In this way we can also make a creatively possible future come true. But only if we choose to defeat selfish deception, can we face the truth for all that entails.

                        (P.S. Many people will want to confuse intuitive apprehension with paranoia, popular and personal, perpetuating spiralling lies of evasion.  Disinformation is produced by society. And we live in economies of multiple conspiracies. All malignant conspiracies simply study how to market to our fearful obsessions. Mass conspiracies, always start small. Don't misunderstand me, there is plenty of evil in the world. But as an entertainment medium the only time I will ever encourage rational cowardice or constructive paranoia is when it is truly rational and constructive. Intuitive apprehension is the most rational of all the conflicting emotions. But it can also paralyze us, or cause irrational behavior. Sometimes we must act. But sometimes we must just wait, only then to prepare for timely action. There is no singularly easy generality for sensible action. 

                        Here in the United States, fascism, like racism was driven underground. But that ugly violence of bigotry can be as simple as sending a like referring someone to somewhere else. Algorithms feed on likes. And, Subcultures often like their comfortable denials, their apathy and collectivized fears. It was never my job to politicize the already uncomfortable controversies that pollute the careers of all ethical consultants, diagnosticians, and prognosticators. Similarly, with all matters of faith we seek hope. I try to build bridges. First we seek to understand, and then share our understandings.  Let's democratize the truth by making honesty hip again. First do no harm, and do not take away hope. But never pander to false hope either, being honest has short term repercussions. Thank You.

Resocialization: The Key To Mobility, Recovery, Survival

                                                                                    

                  I'm struggling endlessly with extending my first book "XENOPHILE" into a book on deprogramming called "THE MUTUAL HUMAN GAME." By saying resocialization is our only choice for survival, hasn't made it any easier for me. I'm choking on the words, How much do we need each other? In our Post-Covid era, everyone has rediscovered isolation in one way or another. Alienation has become, "I can still feel you, even so far away," When we can't heal from traumas, the oppressors win. When we can't learn new skills from each other, we wither and die. And when our shared points sets of mutual contact die, we cease to be useful.

                  My first book is on expo of "Split Bias of Marketing." I'm a veteran the marketing of boutique parapsychology and the international cultures of alternative medicine. Many so called rational positivists and religious fundamentalists love to vehemently hate all "True believers." (Incendiary religions and arrogant scientists have always been politically spiritual abusers, in spite of conflicting worldviews.) And these extremists mutually share their hatred of the alternatively faithful, as if they were of one mind. {MINDOB: Mutually Inclusive Negative Double Opinion Bias is the hate that is shared between people who think they are on opposite sides. Like Atheists and Fundamentalists, they much more alike than they want to believe. They hate each other, hence common.}  Anybody's hate group can hate somebody else's social identity, simply by trolling for cheap easy entertainment. Spiritualist Necromancers and Ancestor Worshippers were a contra to the Clerics of Organized Religious Institutions and the Colleges of the Elite Classes. Pro and Con, Religion is just like  any College, it's first and foremost purely academic. Yet outside of Gnosticism or even Reincarnation, only God's Temples, Mosques, and Churches could reunite you with your dead relatives. And supposedly only after you die. But hating the haters also gives the infidels something to bond over. Even today, we so called psychics have become that much hated trivial subgroup. We morphed into a silly fantasy, like time travel, warp light speed, and most nauseating of all, the endlessly redundant Multiverse. All Pseudoscience is marketed via Sci Fi comic book tropes like modernist "Sex, Drugs, and futuristic Rock& Roll." And as everyone knows, Hate Sells. Space will be conquered by the pretty people only, and all aliens are therefore ugly. Spirituality is the final frontier for the living. Yoga moms have been influenced by fanatical anti vaxxers. Organic foods are popular with extremists on both side of the political spectrum. Pop Music is an important success formula for Wall Street investment gurus. Even country music has become more about targeted bias marketing than the inclusive folk music that used to be so radical.

                   Don't even try convincing anyone they're stupid. We already know. And we'll probably just hate you back. "XENOPHILE" as a book, splits the differences by proving that everyone is at least a little wrong when it comes to understanding the unknown. Anyone is capable of forming opinion biases through familial prejudices, pro and con. But, "You need not believe in order to perceive." {Mine} I'm a non-believer myself, and I love everyone regardless of beliefs. (That's what makes me a "Xenophile" by definition.) I love the all unfamiliar and unexpected. I don't hate the haters, I just hate the games and abuses of political marketing. These abuses are usually targeting people by common emotions. Our desire to belong is a bottomless untapped motivator. [I'm talking to YouTube.] Nobody trolls you nowdays like the Marketing Surveillance Algorithms. The web never forgets, it's selling division by order of structured data. It's easier for the algorithms to filter forward bitter emotions than the love of our sacred others. Hate binds, Where as love merely softens with a lighter touch that's hard to feel through all bitter venom.

                     So how do we get back to the Garden? I don't know. But just know, "We Love You." Let's get back together people.

Contraction: Resolution in Spiritual Conflict

            I have long said, "Taoism is the easiest philosophy to learn and understand, but it's the hardest to explain." This is because of the clarity of self contradiction. Shadow and light, black and white, and don't forget about our tight little gravity and that endless vacuum of luminous space. Open and closed, opposition and unity, all are within the domain of a universe contracting into joyous moments with no beginning and no end. We are everywhere and nowhere at the same time, and there is no time. "The self is Ubiquitous," as from the Upanishads. 

            In spiritual dialectics, we find that the central mean is the boundary of definition between all sacred opposites. All are defined by differences, and in all of our distinctions we can find ourselves. Exclusion as a social construct is a dangerous illusion. And thus, clarity burns! In the binary of human logic boundaries are functional, but only when imaginary. And in the imagination resides our mind's eye, like a Camera Obscura. The glow of awareness informs and illuminates the world, while the heart sings sweet poetry to the loving belly absorbed in memory. In Taoism all exists, until it is gone. And everything recedes back into the nothing. "AND NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!"   {7th axiomatic rule of the Para Psychological Method}

            We live in this, the most improbable of all possible universes. "And from the many, we learn as one." Everything exists within boundless possibilities. Contradictions contract on the immediate surface of summation, that we call the now. {{{ Tao? }}} The only thing that ever happens, does so in preparation for a possibility of an inevitable future. "Do not suffer the unnecessary proliferation of entities." Occam's Razor. In other words simplicity isn't just best, it's probably also the only truth.  Complexity doesn't have to be the same thing as unnecessary complications. {I offer a little rhetoric here to illustrate my clumsy reduction.} Healthy creative chaos doesn't have to be random or destructive at all. In the tao, "Opposition" is the gateway to unity. "I CHING" Hexagram #38 (Please don't hurt me.)

            As I've repeatedly said, "It's easy to learn, but impossible to explain." Here's my foolish proof. Good luck with life, love, and living. And know that I too, love you. Peace.

And From the Many We Learn as one

                                                     Intimacy is the final frontier.                                                                                     

                 As we get closer to intimacy, our sense of boundaries change. Learning is an intimacy, and intimacy is learning. Unity and empathy are mutually unexplored territories in everyone & everything.

My apology. Dreams are just creative imaginary projections. In Zazen, dreams, just like thoughts, are simply considered deviations of awareness away from the moment now. {Blah, blah? Neti, neti?} When it comes to creative fantasy and imagination, I guess I didn't have much choice. Transcendent dreams lived in me. That Nada is the dream chakra, and is also known for the Raja Path to enlightenment. I am no more than an other centered person with very few goals or ambitions. And yet I have lived fully, despite personal solitude. Dreams are like our karma, personal and/or collective. I myself may be petty and judgemental, but our emotions are merely those responsive waves on the surface of that momentary summation, now. Feelings and awareness ebb and flow like that momentary being, ours is one into another. My dreams are now public property. Come drink, there are dreams enough to nourish and inspire all, carrying us across the great waters into our collective eternity.

The Witness of Attention: Disillusion is the Key to Truthfulness {EDITED FOR REPOST}

                                                                             

              This chapter is on the utility of language as social currency. Social currency, emotional currency, cultural currency, all of these things have shared meanings. We are all defined by nature, reality, and the limitations of the languages we share. These unifying principles behind objective values are; time, resources, and energy. Wealth is merely a mundane spiritual currency, good or bad, it's purely material in form, even when it's virtual or fiat. The real power is in our Witness of Attention.

              Caution: Waking memories can be distorted by persuasion, narrative drift, and the constant retellings of our minds voices. If we want to remember a forgotten experience faithfully, we must be disillusioned. Currencies of language must become subordinate to the flow of actual conscious attention. This mindful reexamination of perceptions are not a word for word translation. But, we still report non verbal awareness through verbally framed filters.

                I often have to ask myself hard questions like, "Am I deluding myself with distorted implanted memories, repeated so often as to become my false memory?" My internal life can be cluttered. My spiritual life may be unimportant. The issue of implanted or false memories is exploited and abused by confused social issues. Who do we believe? Belief systems often reflect very low levels of fidelity. But, by having faith in soul healing, I recommend learning to find proof for our convictions. How the mind reels?

I tend to be the Houdini of the New Age, Boutique ParaPsychology, and Alternative Medicine Industries. I'm busting the charlatans and rebuking snake oil vendors at my expense. Being studied has made me an authority on hard answers everywhere. Businesses have already staked their religious market shares on preaching both the pro and con artistry. Many fringe sciences are fantasy, but some of the therapies are proving themselves to be surprisingly effective, even though the language of faithful social currencies are still wanting.

My work on the viability of ethical honesty has come through proving the "Styles of Evasion."

3.) Condescension and Put-Downs.

4.) Compartmentalization and Burnout.

5.) And of course, the Evasions of Apathy.

All of these can be pretty obvious to anyone who is paying attention from the outside, watching for our denials coming from evasive people, ourselves included. My mom once said to me, "There are times when you will have to lie, but never lie to yourself." When we see ourselves in each other's evasions, consider the source and when possible always be tactful. When a liar is just being evil, that's the subject of another discussion in the next chapter on Spiritual abuse. Self deception is always a narrative drift. Disillusion is the Key to Truthfulness.

On the subject of whether truth has a durable life of its own, I've had to clarify why we need to train for developing accurate memory. "Adversarial (Incendiary) Religion is Spiritual Abuse." The misdirection is very deep now.

Baruch "Benedict" Spinoza was excommunicated from his Synagogue for teaching Non-Dualism. That a Personal God doesn't exist. But does truth vote with its genes? Truth is not an intentional or intelligent self awareness, of and by itself. (Data in, data out; Very predictable but not intelligent.) Omniscience is that notion of a personal god. But were there an actual personal god, "What need would we have for faith?" (Joseph Campbell)

Neuroscience is entirely backing up Spinoza's assertion that the mind and the body are the same and not separate. (Spirit consciousness lives within the body.) Now for those of us who are comfortable with the idea of no afterlife, death doesn't give us much problem. But, what survives after we've been forgotten, that is the beauty of the human soul. The Mother of all things is good and bad, young and old, great and small. And I believe, awareness like truth, has a cohesiveness which transcends all pretenses of objectivity, coalescing to produce our perfect universe. And yes, it is sacred. I should probably stop here because the human soul has many dangerous hidden shallows. And these things need to be handled delicately. Peace.

Truth does create. And it's predictable. Witness the Attention.

XENOCULTURE and the Unifying Principles of Healthy Spiritual Fictions

                                                                                     

                       "Heal" "Love" "Win" This was from the end of the 5 hour movie, "The Justice League." Another morality play, these DC movie Comic Book Heroes are humorless and take themselves seriously. Whereas the Marvel Universe of Graphics Novels are cinematic action comedy. But, universally all Spiritual Fictions are morality plays. ( See: Sci Fi) And Like the Aristotelian constant of a "Dramaturgy", there is always a Beginning, a Middle, and an End, often with epilog, a moral a.k.a, the "Author's Message." But history is not supposed to be fiction and therefore is continuously narrative and unending. The literary artifacts of fiction always transcend the closed cultural identities of popular separatist history. Our Antagonists and Protagonists roles are sometimes ambiguous and morphing. But almost always there is either comedy or tragedy, unity or defeat. This is what makes Spiritual fictions universal in appeal and potentially propaganda. A Spiritual Fiction can be based on someones History, Legend or Speculation. But, the expectation is in an over riding good.

The SuperHeroes in these movies remind me of the "SEFER ZOHAR or Book of Splendor". Jewish mysticism was a rational response to the Pogroms. When God's Love and God's Justice are in conflict, we get morality play. (Complementarity, is the inevitability of contrasting elements creating productive outcomes.) From the Pale (Ukraine) has come many of these obscure traditions for challenging oppression with pure fantasy. Even the expression "Beyond the Pale" refers to the physical and spiritual abuses inflicted on innocent people that rival the imagination. I've always studied History intentionally avoiding fantasy. I feel Fantasy can cause alienation and schizoid dissociation. But, "The medium is not the message? I've found in my maturity, however, I'm coming to grips with the need for healthy diversions. So I'll juice up my SoulCraft And cruise the Galaxy for stories of love, liberty and release from suffering. The Stages of Deprograming: How to know we're doing it right

                          I joyfully embrace my disillusionment. I'm fortunate to be gullible, and to know that I can be totally wrong. I too often need occasional correction. Update: Reassimilation is forgiveness of ourselves and others as we learn to trust again.

                         So, I "Engage the critique." {Authors Message} Admitting gullibility is only way I can get through to intelligent misinformed friends. If I didn't speak for myself,  by "engaging the critique," why would my friends listen to me. I too have been misinformed and even a little brainwashed. Admitting to a common human frailty is much faster than finger pointing, when it comes to talking straight.

                         We people, as humans, have many healthy moral principles, of both selfish and selfless mutual solidarity. But we rarely ever talk about that delicate balance between conflicting moral virtues and our  feeling sensibilities. We're forced by politically corrupted values into believing ridiculous absolutes. Fortunately, our Moral Ethics are not without practical sensibilities. But yet, our fragile minds have had our shared moralities corrupted. Spiritual abuse is that unfair fantasy of the powerfully elite, exploiting everything and everyone else, exclusively. This is the very mechanism of delusion. But fortunately, there may be a solution, and it is in our capacity for understanding. And there is nothing exclusive about it.

                         These skills of readaptation involve admitting what we require of ourselves, and that's why I try to avoid judging anyone else. (Some people are so judgemental, I can always tell by just looking at them. Lol.) Most of us have had problems with self correction, and thus we all need a little guidance from time to time. Ironically however, that's when we get led astray. We get punished for thinking for ourselves, right or wrong. And then, we frequently harden our resolve to never be wrong again. This is a terrible mistake. When we need to be most forgiving of ourselves, is when we're most easily brainwashed. When we are the most suggestable, we are vulnerable to mental attack. Most of the time misinformation isn't intentional. But when we're attacked for having an opinion, that healthy vulnerability can become injured and we shut down. When we need to consider "Deprogramming" (Psychic Recovery) it helps to know what your talking about.

                          Let me start with outlining the possible Stages of Disillusionment: {Deprogramming} I'm Using Elisabeth Kubler Ross's "5 stages of Grieving" to describe the process of detachment.  (I'll continue updating onto this page as I finish collating my notes. It could be all wrong. But I'll keep testing out the results to see where we are.  Emile Durkheim was the French Sociologist who had done some of the first work on the mechanisms of the Cults to exact what he called the "Rapid Conversion" of new cult members. We now are looking at whole societies of cult members.)
