Who's the Spaminator {Subtext Anyone?}

                         Now that events have eliminated most of my false subscribers, "You" are my only remaining readers who've chosen to continue with me for now. If you've been able to find reading materials I've recommended, you've seen my personal bias for attempted historical accuracy. As the whole point of my work is in the understanding of symbolic languages, it's been my privilege to appeal to the most scholarly of Metaphysicians. I do feel a little badly about screening out all of the more questionable traffic sources, I'm ignoring their spam. They have been trying to entice me, with promises of better access. But they should have the free choice to decide themselves, whether or not to keep me on as another free content blog provider.

                         I've just checked again, to see what's actually happened to this pornographic traffic source, "The Tao of Badass." As they had stated in their seduction video offer, "This is a limited time offer only. The website is no more. (The domain name was actually offered to be sold to me, by whom I do not know.) Very classic applied "Games Theory." (Basic premise being, "You know you want it." "So your going to pay for it, Right Now!") But I never asked for it. And I certainly didn't buy in. It still leaves me wondering why and how so many Russians, (almost a thousand) were allowed to use this temporary dummy commercial website to access my blog. But unless I'm contacted directly, I'll never know why. What a strange compliment, almost all of my first hundred pages were exclusively viewed from Russia only. I'm still occasionally getting read via one of their other websites, very surreptitiously. But the direct line of connection completely shut down, almost to the day that Putin banned the web in his country.

                          Interesting stuff this applied games theory. If you don't believe in yourself, you supposedly will never achieve your goals. But that's just a great place to start. I like "Games Theory." But that is it's problem, it's just another theory. Mutual benefaction, market leverage, information control; it's all pretty esoteric. And although attitude is critical, attitude is harder to maintain than is your weight, security or sex appeal. Such is the power of faith, (and it's limitation.) Mind control is not something that everyone has, nor can it be marketed as a consistent product. That's why I never make promises or take advantage of people's gullibility. No matter how tempting, I wont sell false hope. Even when I know it may be the only thing that works. Dependencies on popularized "Authoritation By Proxy," are so tempting for most people, that most people would rather be following the most popular elephants butt, than risk having truly unique distinctively unpopular opinions. It's therefore inevitable that people will accuse me of being a con artist, brainwashing the foolishly weak minded. It's okay to be giving your money to a stock adviser or a political campaign. It's acceptable to believe in cranky doctors or criminal attorneys. But I still prefer to let people make their own decisions, no matter how provocative and innovative my own findings really are. I guess I owe these "Spaminators" a debt of gratitude for letting me think, I was already writing engaging content. But as always, I do try to stay out of trouble. Peace out.
