In the process of getting ourselves up off the floor, there is a discreet number of possible ways that we may get back up to support ourselves.
We can give name and number to each of the variety of selections we can use for getting the body up. We may want to be able to get back down again. Recovery is a process. Such is the life of a body.

When we want to make ourselves approachable for other people, we must follow very the clear orders for the sake of other peoples choices in their process of operant selection.
